I use the mobile version as it responds much quicker.

Usually safari on my iPad. I do also use taps talk from time to time just to see if I still don't like it.

I use desktop mode. The whole point of iOS is to have desktop class browsing in a mobile device. I can't stand mobile layouts. They're usually ugly and lack features of the desktop version.
