Do most people here sync some content or do you choose to do a full sync with your iPhone?

From the list below, if you only do a "Light Sync", what do you sync? If you do a near "Full Sync", what below do you not sync?

Remember to vote how you sync as well!

Contacts—names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and so on
Calendars—appointments and events
Notes (sync with Mac OS X Mail* or Microsoft Outlook)
Web bookmarks
Music and audiobooks
Photos
Podcasts
Movies and TV shows
Applications
Ringtones (iPhone only)
Books
iTunes U content

i sync only contacts, everything else i manage manually

I only sync my music and audio books.

Apart from that my ms exchange runs e-mail, contacts and calendar.

Thats it for me. Thanks

I sync all the information, contacts, calendars, emails, and bookmarks (but not notes).

I only sync a fraction of my music collection, a portion of my podcasts and videos, and only a few albums of photos. I sync all the ringtones I have on my iMac (only about 30). No books, no iTunes U, no audiobooks.

Only some of my apps as well, some I only use on my iPad.

Contacts—names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and so on all
Calendars—appointments and events don't use
Notes (sync with Mac OS X Mail* or Microsoft Outlook) nope
Web bookmarks ocassional with FF sync
Music and audiobooks I wish...25GB on my phone, less than 1/3 of total. No audiobook, prefer to read paper
Photosusally keep the camera roll and a couple other albums
Podcastsdon't listen
Movies and TV showshahaha, no room. I have started watching some on my phone during the commute, but again, is a hassle to have to switch everything out every day. I'd probably need a TBG phone to bring it with me, but again, mainly interested in the music
Applications yup
Ringtones (iPhone only)yup
Books have a few on there, but like I said above, prefer paper
iTunes U content nope

Well now that I've answered I was wondering are you talking about every time you sync? I manually manage all my music,so don't usually need to mess with it, and really aren't syncing new photos and stuff every time I plug it in.

It is hard to navigate too many apps. I just sync what makes sense. My photo and music library combined is too much too. Maybe the cloud and updated UI for app navigation will address those issues.

I sync everything expect for my applications. I do those manually. I have about 800 apps stored on iTunes. Only about 100 or so make it on to my device.

I sync everything but photos and email addresses. I like to leave at least 1 GB of free space.

I use MobileMe to keep my calendars and contacts up to date. I use gmail in the mail app. It is on push. I only sync apps, music, movies when I plug in.

Notes - use Evernote (full sync)
Web bookmarks - full sync
Music and audiobooks - limited sync (use spotify)

Movies and TV shows - very limited sync
Applications - all apps
Ringtones (iPhone only) - none
Books - all books
iTunes U content - none

I Wish i could Sync everything at once but 8GB isn't enough for $#!^

Sync:
Music (manually selected playlists)
Apps (manually selected apps)

Exchange OTA:
Mail, Calendar, Contacts

Thus, I don't have to sync that often.

Music, apps, podcasts and occasional movies, but I usually throw these on CinXplayer so I don't have to convert them first.
