I'm looking/reading over for an application that I can use to track expenses, car mileage and what not while I'm traveling for work/business. And after reading a lot of the reviews there are some people that feel ripped off. I know that feeling because I've bought one application and it did not work AT ALL. I emailed the company several times and finally gave up.

It wasn't that I wanted my money back or whatever, I just wanted them to know it did not work and kept crashing or would not work properly. Hopefully they could fix it and update the app. It was only .99 cents so it wasn't the end of the world but it does bring an interesting idea to mind is...what keeps people from submitting apps that don't work or like they say should work only to realize that Apple and the developer got their money and you can't get a refund.

I'm thinking that ALL applications should have a free trial so that people can see if the program is right for them and that if functions without crashing.
