Now, T2 chips are in iMac, Mbp, and Mba. All of these products report the same crashing problem with Bridge OS error. Do you think apple will do anything about it, such as recall the laptop or replace T2 chips for us? How can we escalate this issue to raise apple's attention and let apple treat it seriously?

They will have to do something. If Apple values their revenue, and we all know they do, they will have to do something to resolve this problem.

If it’s a hardware problem, they will offer extended warranty/free replacements once they are 100% confident that they have a fix. Doesn’t make any sense to do it before.

If it’s a software problem, it will be fixed on an macOS update.

Wishful thinking from Apple. To replace the T2 or recall the computer itself is a pipe dream at best. I don’t see that happening. Would be nice however. I think you guys are in this for the long-haul.
