If they have the same body as the 5, why wouldn't they?

Just make sure the back LED cutout is large enough for the new one.

I've been looking around for cases too and have noticed they're categorized as iPhone 5/5S cases, so I am assuming they would fit. I compared the two dimensions and they are the same.

Just look at the cases configuration. That's pretty easy to do.

Any case that uses apple's specs for the camera cut-out for the iPhone 5, which is an oval, will work fine with the iPhone 5s. Case makers who have narrow openings for the flash (Casemachine I'm looking at you) may or May not work.

The rest of the specs for the phones are the same so the cases will all fit.
