Don't even bother with the iPad 1. Buy a new iPad 2 after iPad 3 is released. Last year Verizon had a "fire" sale on their iPad 1 inventory when the iPad 2 was released.

No reason to get an iPad 1 at that price. You can get a good quality used ipad2
