Today is the last day I can return my Macbook Pro, do you think they will announce the new Macbook Pro version?

I've just tried to buy a MacBook Pro in the hopes that it wouldn't let me.

Checked out and everything (though didn't order). Nothing on the site even hinted that I couldn't. Next day delivery still available, etc.

Sorry … doesn't look good :(

Only hope is the site is still not down because the MacBook Pro, even is announced today, will not be available until a few days or weeks from now.

10:08 am Cook says Apple is on stage to talk about 4 different platforms today. Mac, iPhone/iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.

No macbook :(

WTF? If they dont announce today, when would they?

I feel your pain ;) I was expecting at least a spec bump today.. It has been 391 days since the last update.. I don't recall it ever taking so long between refresh cycles. Even the last update was 'minor' compared to the hardware available. I still have a small spark of hope left for something amazing to happen within the next 24 hours :apple:

Ugh.... so annoying... these Macs are SO out of date. Mac sales slipping... but plenty of people ready to buy!

Lol i told you so.....I would of been rich if I made a bet here stating I bet each one of you $10 bucks there wouldn't be a new Macbook Pro announced today :p

Lol..... Define plenty..... MacRumors Forums probably accounts for the 0.02% of the population that buy laptops be it windows or Mac and of that sub section maybe only 2% tops?

Apple is incurring a huge slide in sales:

Mac notebook sales dropped 40-percent quarter-over-quarter, but largely due to expected seasonality following the holiday shopping season.

That was a mostly enjoyable keynote, I must say. Not perfect as anyone could see, but I got to hand it to Federighi especially. Some slick recoveries there ;)

Looking forward to new products to go with the new software later this year.
