Much like we are? On one hand, I'd have to imagine yes, but on the other, do they really care? They're already rich.

No way.

They got our money and people's loyalty and the original email order dates gives until May 8th to accommodate any sort of supply issues.

I don't know why you guys think that Apple is worried about any of this. They got us on a string and they know it.

Seriously, enough with the vilifying of these people. This is their life, of course they're working hard. Life isn't all roses.

I don't think I "vilified" "these people" at all. Kind of genuinely curious. This is a pretty big deal for apple and AAPL.

"You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them.

About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward."

:D

I'd imagine the fact that Angela gets to take her Apple Watch Edition off before bed makes her sleep a little better. :p

No because they have more important things to do than hang out on a site like this and complain. :)

A few months ago everyone thought this was a dumb product that no one wanted or needed. Now people are ready to set Cupertino on fire because they might not have it on 4/24.

The whole "they're rich and don't care" thing is so played out and so false. Go read 'Becoming Steve Jobs' and you'll discover that these people live for this, probably to very unhealthy degrees.

Every time I read these threads it reminds me how few people have exposure to the everyday disaster-in-progress that is decision-making in a big company. Everyone thinks they have it all figured out, but they'd melt under the weight of it all in a heartbeat.

Seriously... I am so sick of these threads. The population of this forum is a minute percentage of Apple consumers... they probably don't even know, let alone care. No one bothers the CEO and VP with tiny problems like complainers on a forum.

And in the last 5 days AAPL is up almost 2%. Today it was up over 1%. Clearly Wall Street is treating this as noise (if they're paying attention at all).

The whole process is so streamlined and automated there's no need for lost sleep. I would imagine they have pretty good filters.

No they aren't. In fact, quite the opposite. They are watching people go absolutely batty on this forum and elsewhere, and while I doubt they want us to be mad, all this angry posting and refreshing of order status tells them one thing: the watch is going to be a big hit.

And as pissed as some people are, as soon as they do get the watch, they will shut up quickly.

I mean, is anyone really going to dwell on the extra few weeks wait after six months of owning the watch?

No they won't.

I just read that apparently Angela responded to someones email. Just four words:

"Let them eat cake!"

What does it mean?
