Wondering if people on the forum mostly use a case on their iPhones. Thanks! :)

I have always used cases on my iPhones until I got my X now I just use a glass screen protector on the front & back. If you were going to get a case then I’ve always gone for Spigen cases as they look smart are robust but also cheap

Been using a case since my first iPhone.
3GS: the shiny plastic back is notorious to get micro scratches over time
4: I could probably survive without a case, but it became a habit in trying to keep the "shiny" last
5: case, since I notice the chamfered edges can be prone to scratches and dents
6s: case, since it is very slippery

Since most phones today use either metal or glass, which are prone to scratches/cracks, cases are pretty much mandatory, even on my Android phones. I miss the days of the original Moto G, which use a plastic back with rubber like texture. I never put a case on that phone. This is why a phone like the Poco F1 is quite refreshing for me.

Sure, I always use a case.
Spigen Ultra hybrid II so far, but as soon as the iPhone XS “Max” will be in stores I’ll get an Apple leather case!

Most of the time I don't use a case on my X. I put on my Apple leather case whenever I'm going out somewhere that has an increased likelihood of damage (i.e, the office is safe to go naked, hiking is not)

I had a leather case on my 8 but am thinking of getting a silicone one for the Xs. Silicone seems to have a better grip.

Yeah I figured after reading comments about silicone. I guess it's the trade off. Still have a few days to figure it out.

I preferred the look of the silicone, but ten months in, the one I bought for my X is falling apart! The leather seems much more durable.

I am not with the Otter Box crowd, I use a Spigen Crystal Clear case. They are cheap and my phone has survived a few drops with it.

I use the thinnest case I can find ( usually the 0.3mm stuff) and a tempered glass screen protector.
