I used to use a Palm m100 daily but I spent more time trying to write things in it than I would using a small pad of paper. Today I just rely on sticky notes and iCal.

I've got a Palm Tungsten T5, which resides in my backpack daily. I forget it's there, and I rarely use it. I always complain that I wish I was more organized, and yet the tool I chose to reach that goal is now a tool for playing Galaga between classes...

I bought a Dell Axim a year and half ago, barely used it. I figured if I were to carry that around with me, I might as well just get a full blown laptop. It was a hassle to carry it around with the infared keyboard. Took up basically as much space as a laptop would have. I even bought a Bluetooth GPS for it, and also did not get enough use out of that as I should have. It just stopped working and I didn't care to try to fix it after 3 days...

I started with a Handspring Visor years ago. Got a HP 5550 (Pocket PC) that my employer bought me. I really liked it until it had an unfortunate run in with the sidewalk... Haven't had one since. Might pull my old Handspring back out if I can get it to sync up with my PowerBook.

I have mixed feelings about PDA's. Paper calendars are so much faster to use when people are throwing out dates for meetings. But keeping two calendars synced is a whole lot easier with a PDA. It is nice to have my computer files right there, but I find entering data to be slow, almost painful, if I am doing anything long. Handspring's Grafitti was sooooo much better then Microsoft's version.
