I don't know about you, but I haven't looked at or made an iMix since it first came out. Does anyone even use them anymore? I have never used one to find new songs or looked through them for fun. Maybe it's because there is no way to search through the thousands of iMix's that are on iTunes, you can only look at the top 100 of certain categories. They turned me off right from the start because when I made one and then tried to find it later, I couldn't because it was not on one of those lists. I think it has the potential to be a cool idea and maybe a little useful, but as it stands now, it's a gimmick that's come and gone.

I agree. I made one awhile back, but theres absolutely no way for anyone to find someones unless they're on that list, and the only way you get there is by emailing your friends and have them rate it.

I think the next revision of itunes should organize imixes better, definitelymaking it useful, instead of just someplace to put all the free singles of the week on a playlist.

I looked at it a few times when it was new, but now I never do.

I don't care what kind of music people I don't even know listen to.

An iMix is just a playlist that has been published in the iTunes music store. Anyone can make one, but, like others have said, they're pretty much useless.

not at all lately

Same story here... I thought it was such a nifty lil' idea, until I realized that 70 percent of my music wasn't available in the iTMS . I also could never see my iMix! Needs improvement. :(
