iPhone 4S in Magpul Field Case or Otterbox Commuter
Clipped into a Seidio Active holster on my shorts
Or just stuck in my pocket
Skull Candy Titan ear buds ran up under my shirt
Listening to Pandora Radio

Yip. iPhone 4 in my pocket, Jaybird freedom Bluetooth headphones in my ears and I'm running, cycling and pushing weights without any hindrance from the onboard entertainment.

The Freedoms are awesome so far. The secure-fit tips work well for me. Sound is perfect. The Bluetooth connection is also amazingly strong with my 4S. I can walk about 30 feet away before I experience any dropout. Thanks for the suggestion!

I use my iPhone at the gym and carry it with this:

The problem I have is that those bands don't fit my arm or are so tight that I can't use them. :(

DITTO!!! although I do have waist belt that is very slim bit expands to the iphone(spibelt) that I got from amazon. only thing though with the jaybird Bluetooth, the music can come in and out if you don't keep the phone on your right side. eventually, I will get an arm band.

Still using a cheap pair of Skull Candy ear buds with a volume up and down control. iPhone 4S on my hip with a leather pouch. I have no issues with it when lifting weights or running.

iPhone Rokform v3 case w/ magnet- gym's best friend

I use my iPhone at the gym because I have a case that allows me to stick my phone directly to the equipment. With my Rokform v3 case and magnet, I just stick my phone to the equipment, bust out my reps, remove the case, and move to the next machine. Here's a couple pictures that I took, check out the Rokbed in action:

Try the Armpocket

I use the Armpocket in the gym, partly because I can't workout without music, and partly because I need a place to put my keys (and I refuse to put anything on the nasty floor:). It comes in multiple strap sizes - to those of you who said it was a tight fit with some armbands. And there are multiple colors to choose from..

I keep my phone in my backpack at the gym and use my Rocketfish (BestBuy's brand) bluetooth headphones. The phone never leaves my backpack until I'm done with my workout. I love having wireless headphones - it's nice not having to worry about getting the cord caught on a piece of equipment and the sound is actually surprisingly good.

use my iphone at the gym all the time, i leave it in my pocket and use either my bose mie2i or klipsch s4 headphones with it all the time, go to the gym three times a week and 3 times i do cardio, i take off my case for running and leave it on for biking, thats pretty much it, works great for me, usually never answer the phone when im working out

thats an awesome idea, but does the magnet not affect the phone? i would think a magnet attached to the phone everyday is a disaster waiting to happen.

I leave my iPhone in my locker & use a touch while working out. It's a great solution since I tend to get incoming calls in the early am from friends in New York, that overlook the 3 hr time diff. Being a bit of a communications addict, I'm better off not having it on me :)

I do, it gets in the way sometimes. The key is having elastic armbands so they stretch when you're lifting, and then position the phone on the back of your biceps instead of the side.

iphones are to bulky for me . i just use my ipod nano or my shuffle and clip it on somewhere and it sticks with me during the whole gym session sometimes i even forget where i clipped it on to its so light
