Do you use your iPhone at work on an Exchange Server

I am working for a company that provides us with Blackberry's however I love my iPhone, so I wanted to connect it to our Exchange server in order to have only one phone.

I am looking for Pros and Cons to this or any reccomendations you can give me

if your employer uses Exchange 2007 SP1 then you may need a 3GS at the minimum since they can force encryption.

if you work in a super secret environment then they may have disable activesync. and if they do decide to manage personal mobile devices than connecting to Exchange opens up your iphone to the IT department to the point where they can pipe it remotely and force you to use a passcode to unlock it
