Simple enough lol. Do ya?

I do, but just started this past year. I got really stressed out with school and staring at computers and books (engineering), I began to strain my eyes.. didnt really notice it because I was seeing just fine but would have these terrible headaches. Come to find out it was my eyes.

Yes. But only when I need to see far away. If I wear glasses when reading a book or using a computer, I get a headache similar to motion sickness.

Yes, been wearing them all the time for about 1.5 years. And before that I wore them only when I needed them (for about 8 years).

I've worn glasses for 12 years now. I just recently got contacts last year and love them. If you haven't tried contacts, try it! I still wear my glass at night though.

For reading and VDU work yes, but not generally. I can't drive wearing them without my eyes going funny.

I also switched to lenses and I am really happy with them, at times they are a bit annoying though like sitting in a heavily air conditioned room or long gaming sessions, I get really itchy and tired eyes

Yes and as soon as I can pay for laser surgery I'm going for it :). But I need the expensive one because of my raging hardcore astigmatism, which just so happens to be the one that doesn't require a scalple. Victory.

Yup, for about 17 years now. but so does everyone in my family, with 1 exception

Yep i do, have done for 12 years. Started wearing them in grade 3 after a series of headaches. I had them changed in year 10 when i had migraine after migraine.

Been wearing them for about 4 years. Long sighted in my left eye, short sighted in my right eye  It balances out, but I need to wear them for studying, reading, computer work etc

Since I went to university I seem to wear the things constantly. The need for a spare pair was highlighted again this morning when I got home to a pile of studying and realised I'd left my glasses at my boyfriend's :(

Freakin ROFL.. :)

You can switch to using one eye, right or left as situation demands, at a time in such situations...

I wear them daily, since I'm too much of a wimp to wear contacts or have any kind of surgery. I only need them for stuff at a distance. You know, stuff like my alarm clock, my monitor, and other things at arm's length or greater. Yeah, my eyes are terrible.

Glasses on days I feel tired, contacts on days I am less sleepy (being tired means I rub my eyes more, means I irritate the hell out of my eyes when the contacts start sliding around.)

Yeah, my eyes are terrible.

Same here. My focused vision is from 6" in. Who needs a microscope!!

Haha, actually if I can't see the number on a bus I tend to switch to the long sighted eye :D

Sometimes gets a few weird looks . . .

A few would turn to many, if you would stick your tongue out while doing that, and maybe a tilt of the head??

I wear contacts almost all day every day, but once every week or two I will switch it up with my glasses.
