No wonder Americans are getting large and more fat!
I thought that was a pretty telling quote in the article where the Hardee's spokesperson justifies this thing by saying that customers are tired of going to other fast food restaurants and having to order two of their breakfast sandwiches.
I tried that exactly once. I went to McDonald's and bought a Sausage 'n Egg McMuffin combo. I had a "buy one get one free" coupon which entitled me to a second sandwich. Having nobody to share it with, I ate them both. I felt bloated and disgusting for the rest of the day!
I can't imagine regularly eating two of those things.
