iPod touch DOA Screen?

Hey Guys,
The right side of my screen where the number 0, back space, and K are located is not responsive at all...This unit was brand new from today (32gb touch). I assume I should go back and swap it?

try using a very small screwdriver.. wedge it with firm, steady pressure on the touchscreen until you hear a click. that should fix ya up.
