Dock bug?

Hey guys

Sometimes, when you restart the computer, the dock doesnt appear until you have to go to the dock system preference, check + uncheck the "magnification" settings...
Have you guys experience this?

I dont like Mountain Lion as much as Snow Leopard... so buggy.
