Dock customizations apps?

Okay, I KNOW I've seen this recently and I cannot find it for the life of me. What is the name of the dock customization program that allows you to post the dock anywhere you'd like? I have googled it and looked through numerous threads and did a forum search. I still cannot find it. For example: one screenshot had the dock in the bottom right corner of his desktop. I know clear dock makes the dock transparent.

Thank you!! That is exactly what I was looking for! I've been trying to do something in photoshop and I keep hitting the friggin dock every time. (I moved from an imac 17" to a 15" g4 and the smaller screen is driving me nuts. Thanks again

Onyx has some doc tweaks in it also. I used it to pin the Doc to the lower left hand corner so I do not keep getting the doc up when I want to hit the browser back button.
