Dock/Dashboard graphic glitch.

Hello, just today the dock, dashboard, and dragging files made it look like a graphic glitch, it seems it may be the graphic card. I'm posting a pic to see what you guys think.

Can anyone help us? I seem to be having glitches with my display as well. When running graphic-intensive apps (photoshop, illustrator, After effects) any sometimes other less intense apps such as Time Machine, the graphics spaz out.

If it's the graphics card, doesn't it mean that the whole motherboard has to be replaced, since they are soldered together, which in turn equals lots of $$$???

Btw, I'm running and Intel Core Duo (not Core 2 Duo) iMac, 128MB VRAM, ATI Radeon X1600

For some reason, my problem stopped happening. Been like 2 weeks or more. I really have no idea what triggered the glitch :S ahaha
