dock flow 3 question

I downloaded dock flow 3; I went into winterboard and clicked "Dock flow 3-original".

It does not make the dock scroll or flow back and forth. Is there another setting that needs to be changed?

Dock Flow doesn't do that, it's just a theme. You can get a scrolling dock by installing Infinidock, however.
