Dock Hidden = Faster Finder

    I don't know its just my imagination, but it seems that the Finder is a tad faster?

    I'd say placebo. However it's very possible that if you recently bought your Mac or recently updated the OS, the computer was indexing so it may have felt a little slower beforehand, and the hiding of the dock coincided with that finishing.

    Oh yeah I just updated with the latest updates, silly me. lol
