dock icons bouncing

Hi all!
Is it possible configure some particular application icon always bounce in dock when it opened? Maybe some 3rd party application or system setting exists where I can configure what applications should always bounce in the dock.

I just have an issue with office reminder application. I can't make it bounce constantly when notification happens and that is why I missed few events. I have configured 4 desktops on my MacOs and usually I use first one but outlook opens its notification on second desktop and I just do not see them in time.

It is possible to configure outlook to bounce on new mails, but I didn't found the same setting for reminders.

You could try Growl which shows a pop-up box for notifications. Not sure which apps it supports though.

Unfortunately I've found scripts just to show mail notifications thru Growl, but can't find something useful for reminders.
