Since upgrading to Mountain Lion, it appears my default Apple icons in the dock appear "broken" whenever I log on. If I remove them and re-add them with new icons from the Applications folder, it fixes it until I log off/restart, etc. Then they appear broken again. Any ideas on this??

Nope, have you deleted the dock .plist file ?

Under Library/Preferences, the only dock .plist I see is: com.apple.dockfixup.plist

Shouldn't there be a regular dock.plist?

Nevermind, went to ~/Library/Preferences found it, deleted it and ran a: killall Dock

Seemed to have fixed it for now. Going to reboot. Thanks for the assistance.
