dock software

A while ago i saw this dock software somewhere.

What it did was allowed a bunch of applications to be bunched into a menu on the software side of the dock. Does anyone know what application this is? I believe it was around maybe 29$ or something?

yes it is very similar to stacks

it groups sets of applications into like drawers on the software side of the dock
