Dock spacer missing

Hello guys
I just have this little annoying problem.
I just realized, that the little spacer in my dock is missing..
You see on the picture - on the right side of the preferences icon. :/

It supposed to be there, so something might be wrong..
I've tried the "killall dock" terminal thing, but it didn't help..

Are you by any chance using a custom SArtfile.bin? A lot of themes do that. I'm using some theme from deviantArt and guy that made it took out the bar as well.

I was messing around with the nocturne theme for mac. Any way to get it back??

I'm not sure. I tried the uninstaller but it didn't give me the separator back. Guess it's more conspicuous on a retina display because I only noticed after a few weeks.
