I looked through google and could not find the picture or video that i am very curious to see.

I have never had a mac :)

If i will open let's say 20 different word, excel files, some apps that are not in a dock, folders, how will my dock look like? Where do the fit, cause main dock is taking quite a lot of space?

Maybe could someone show me a picture i give a link? Would be very thankful!!!

Opening 20 Word documents is the same as opening one: you get one Word icon. The Dock shows applications, not documents.

They only appear in the dock if you minimize them.

And the dock will just get smaller to accommodate the extra icons. If it gets too small... it will zoom when you mouse over.

As has been said, the Dock shows applications not documents. The idea on a Mac is that you use Expose which will give you a view of all your open windows at once and then you click on the one you want to work on. Or you can open only the ones from the current program.

You can get RocketDock and ObjectDock and a couple of other programs which mimic the Mac doc. And google expose on windows to see programs that mimic that too.
