Hi there guys, I need some clear and straight to the point instructions how to handle this problems.

I read the issue and I've haven't read a consistent method to remove this excess data storage. I have tried deleting the texts, clearing the conversations, and then syncing hoping this would resolve it and it doesn't work.

Documents and Data, iMessages and the "Other" are eating up a lot of my space on my 16 gb iPhone 4s.

I'm thinking about using ibackupbot, is this the best solution for non jail broken iPhones??

I personally would use Dropbox because it is my preference and easy to use. You are never going to get rid of all of it because there are apps that use some of that data but to me Dropbox is the next best thing and you always have access to it on your phone or desktop if you use that version as well.
