My iMac just arrived UPS and I am REALLY trying to avoid opening the box until I get home. But it just occurred to me... do the wireless keyboard and mouse COME with batteries??? I don't have any at home so if they don't, I need to make a stop on the way home.

Anyone know? Sorry for the stupid question.

They do, my local Apple store actually gave me a set of rechargeable ones and a charger free of charge :)

    Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.80 (iPhone; Opera Mini/6.13548/24.871; U; en) Presto/2.5.25 Version/10.54)

no the Apple bits work with your positive karma, no watt required :D

ps: yes and the included batteries are also good (not weird chinese things) ! ;)

Those are actually really good batteries that don't lose charge if idle for a long time. I'm close to buying one of their charger/batt sets.

Agreed, if it wasn't for the slow down issue I'd be really really happy with my mac right now

They're Sanyo Eneloops according to some rumor sites, but they're not labeled so you never know for sure.
