Does 10.5.7 fix DFU Mode?

Does anybody know if the 10.5.7 update is expected to fix the bug with iPods and iPhones in DFU Mode?

Yeah, it sucks, but a 5 USD USB hub solves the DFU issue.

Works here for my iPhone 3g!

Although my baseband is crap...i just use gevey plus 2 sim card chip and I get service.
