Does 11.3 ios allow multiple apple ids from different stores?

So I heard ios 11.3 allows multiple apple ids for app stores? If so, can they be from different countries? Thanks!

iOS 11.3 still only allows one account in any given time. What you have heard is you are not forced to switch account before updating apps from different stores. You only need to type the password.
In short, this only works for updating the app.
