iPhone XS Does 12.1 help your LTE — yes or no? Carrier?

FWIW:

I put 12.1.1 b3 on my iPad Air 2 last night, to try it out. Now I also have it on my XS. For the first time I can remember, my XS now seems to achieve better DL speeds than my older iPad, head-to-head. UL speeds are about the same. But the iPad seems to have a lower ping on the speed tests.

Speeds were terrible before the 12.1.1 update my speeds have dramatically increased. Sprint

Same for me, also on Sprint. Horrible download speeds before 12.1.1 but now its improved greatly.

My iPhone 6s with 12.1 is an LTE fail. My wife's phone is working fine on 12.0.1. I'm at 12.1 and have wasted hours staring at every app telling me something's wrong or slow including Amazon and Waze and reinstalling apps etc... :-( No clue how to diagnose or figure out what's what....
