Does a Mac App Exist That Allows PC Based External HD's To Get My Mac Files?

Being in China, I've come across a few foreigners in the surrounding cities and a few nights ago they brought their PC based External HD to my place, where I grabbed an array of their files from their PC Based External HD, onto my OSX Desktop. . . which worked perfectly as expected...

However, when wanting to drag some of my files, ranging from documents to videos (all teaching material), I was not allowed to drag my OSX files onto their External HD. . .

I'm simply wondering if any Mac Apps exist out there that will allow for my OSX to transfer files onto an external HD that comes from a PC laptop. .

Right-click on the drive and "Get Info" to verify the format, which is most likely NTFS.

NTFS (Windows NT File System)

• Read/Write NTFS from native Windows.
• Read only NTFS from native Mac OS X

• Some have reported problems using Tuxera (approx 33USD).
• Native NTFS support can be enabled in Snow Leopard, but is not advisable, due to instability.
