I was wondering if iPhone X screen protector came in the way in any way?

Not if its installed properly, it should not affect any of the iPhone X functionality.

Ok but like if I swipe my thumb up to go to the home screen would I feel the edge of the screen protector rubbing against my thumb or something?

Is That a problem for you if you do feel the screen protector when swiping?

No you won’t. There is almost 2/3 of centimeter gap from the end of screen protector and the bar

The possibility of cracking/scratching the screen or the possibility of feeling the edge of a screen protector. The choice is yours. Choose wisely.

Yep you will notice it? Have had a icarez on for 6 months, also dulls the screen and apps look further away.
Had 2 X side by sid today one with and one without and you can tell difference.

My screen is a film type, so much thinner than glass. I feel it, but only when I swipe up from too far down.... I'm still getting used to the 'sweet spot' of where to swipe up from, as when I get it right, I don't catch the edge of the screen protector. You don't need to swipe up from too far down...

As long as your screen protector falls 2-3mm below the edge of the actual screen, you should be ok as you only need to swipe up from just above contacting the Home Bar.

I don't feel the edge on mine at all. But I suspect if I removed my case, I would. It really comes down to the screen protector used combined with a case perhaps. Without knowing the specifics, I can only say I don't feel the edge on mine.
