I don't have any scratches on mine. Also I don't think the keyboard touches the screen either on mine. Unless you put pressure on apple logo when you have it closed, but you would probably crack the LCD before scratching it...

But in general it is easier to scratch than glass.
 
Interesting, because the glass screen of the glossy definitely rests on the keys. Hence when you lift the lid you can get greasy key outlines on the screen.

Thats because the glossy is end to end glass. The anti glare has an aluminum border and the screen is ever so slightly recessed.
 
Well but the whole glass part is missing. i.e there is half a milimeter or more air betweeen screen and keys than with the glass screen.

Mine has no scratches. Fingernails don't scratch it and that is the only thing that could as I sometimes after sneezing unexpectedly you end up with some spots on the screen that if dry need either spit or fingernails to go away. Neither hurts it. It is also very easy to clean some random slightly wet cloth usually is enough.
