iPod does any iPod accessory function this way?

it should works as multimedia speaker and a dock

and it sounds good, so that i can replace my computer speaker with it

i can charge my iPod through it

When my computer is power off, i can listen to my iPod with it

does any product meet my demand?

Um this I think could be pretty close to what you want, except for the last request "besides i can plug my iPod can transfer music though it". What do you mean by that. Like plug it into your speakers and have it transfer the music? Why would you need that if you could just listen to it on your computer? (sorry i just relised you said replace you computer speakers)
