If so who and how much ?
Sprint/T-Mobile I get 5G Data 150GB @ 400MB/sec speeds I’ve used over 350GB a month and never charged a penny. This is while tethering to my iPad Pro using my phone as a WiFI HotSpot.
Most people don’t have 40MB/ sec speeds. I’m doing 400MB given I have to open a window to get the best signal.

I thought T-Mobile did, because that’s what my iPad has. I just checked though for new customers and I only see limited plans... maybe I’m grandfathered in and didn’t realize it. Guess I’ll be keeping it around for longer then!

Edit: they still do offer it! I reached out to a T-Mobile rep to ask if they still offer an unlimited iPad data plan, and this is what he said:
“Hey thanks for reaching out! I'm Jay. We definitely have a plan for that. It's $25/mo or $20/mo with AutoPay when you have existing voice lines.”

Said plans throttle after 15GB/30GB "during network congestion".
True I think the carriers all went to that to stop the few over users who slowed the whole system down for everyone else by using tremendous amounts of data.

the throttle depends on where you are? Heavy populated than probably will be throttled

Youtube has been setting the resolution to 480p pretty regularly during this pandemic. I have to manully change it to either 1080 (max on safari) or 1440p / 4k on the app or in devices that have a 4k screen like my surface book. It's annoying, you need to do it virtually on every video, at least here in Europe...
