Does anybody used 'linked contacts'?

When you link contacts and someone that's linked, but not named as the "unified card", does that person's name show up when they call or does the unified card's name show up when they call?

Is this a feature worth using? Seems as though since 'linked contacts' are at the very bottom of every contact screen, it's hidden and out of the way.. and so maybe not so useful.

Yeah, they seemed like an easy way to clean up duplicated contacts.

I used to try to sync contacts from an Exchange account as well as a Gmail account. Contacts with names linked automatically but companies had to be linked manually. Eventually I bailed and went with the Google contacts only.
