Does anyone do AR gaming with iOS

Apple has shown AR gaming twice now in keynotes. Are there any forum users who regularly do AR gaming other than Pokemon Go? I'm thinking of the AR gaming which Apple has shown in the keynotes. Do you do anything like that? And if so, what game(s)?

I'm wondering if this is a real thing in gaming at this point. To me it seems that holding the phone out in front of me for a gaming sessions would be very cumbersome.

AR gaming feels like just another gimmick to me, to be fair I'm not much of a mobile gamer either.

That said, the Homecourt Basketball demo using AR to track score as well as providing information about the game itself was a revelation. I feel that this is where AR needs to focus its efforts.

I haven't seen any that are not gimmicky imo. Pokemon Go was fun, but for the rest I feel like I'd rather just be playing a traditional game.
