Does anyone else dislike Russell Brand?

I just keep hearing his name, and seeing adverts for whatever with his face on them. And it's driving me a little insane. What's he done? why does everyone barring me love the guy?

Budget Johnathon Ross. They both get turned off instantly.

I've got an archive of every Have I Got News For You episode since I got my EyeTV a good 2 years ago. Except the one he was in. I thought "let's give this guy a chance"... Oh dear it was a poor episode. He tried playing the fool and even the rest of the cast seemed relieved he was gone.

My dislike of this guy has matured into something rotten.
