Does anyone else have this problem?

When I am listening to music, and browsing the internet the iPod likes to crash. I have the latest firmware update, but I did hacktivate it to work with my cingular sim card (just until my mom lets me activate it for real).

That is completely normal. Apple has had 2 bug fix updates which has addressed this problem on many, but not all iphones i guess. It still happens occasionaly on mine, however for the most part its not a problem. They will continue to update to fix that problem and many others, your not alone though 🙂
