Anyone use a Ad Blocker that blocks neowin.net ads correctly without large blank spaces between some articles ?

Thanks.

Doubt anyone will know.

If you all need a screenshot on what I am talking about just ask!

I have just started using AdBlock Pro and it seems to get the job done pretty well.

1Blocker doesn’t leave large blank spaces. I just tested.

i paid for Adguard a couple years back and still use it. i always hated getting those congratulations pop ups . you can get by fine with the free version, i just donated because it made my life so much better even with cutting unnecessary AD data cost..
I use this also. It’s Pretty much the same functionality as on android. With the filter changes to Safari it can now use all the filters to block in safari. I haven’t noticed any black spaces on any site. It also is very good at battery usage. It always down on the list of apps using battery. It also has a built in dns that further blocks tracking and ads. Or you can use any of the other 10 popular dns sites it gives you. It’s well worth the yearly fee. I use adguard pro.

I use Adblock plus. Works well with Apple and Microsoft platforms. I’m not a Youtube person so can’t vouch for effectiveness there.

I just downloaded 1Blocker a few hours ago and I’m extremely impressed with it. Works perfectly!

Late update to the thread, but maybe worth mentioning that as of now, >2 weeks after the OP, I'm not seeing that problem on desktop with either 1Blocker or Wipr.

I switched to using AdBlock Pro and it seems to be not showing video ads on YouTube anymore. In fact, it just removed the video ad altogether and I no longer see the “Skip Ad” button any more. And it is still free.

This forum actually inspired me to get an ad blocker. I tried most of the popular ones and AdGuard / 1Blocker are easily the best, and most feature rich! I went with AdGuard Pro since it's a bit cheaper
