I just want to know if it is laggy or not, if scrolling is laggy.

Don't have redder but I have an iPhone 4... It's your phone every thing is lagy on iPhone 4 do you see how long it takes to open settings? Nothing works good on iPhone 4:(

It takes less than a second to open settings on my 4.

Double tap the home button then swipe up on the picture of setting. Then how long does it take?

Do you think I am stupid? Don't you think I know that I have to kill the app from the multitasking tray? Right now I am on 6.1.3 but on 7 it is even faster.

That boils down to the fact that the graphics technology in the iPhone 4 dates back to 2009. Although with proper optimization it should be able to run a scaled back UI more smoothly than it currently does.

I don't know... ios 7 has a plane flat design while ios 6 and below has an intense design, I mean... ios 7 is just flat, plane colors
