I'm having the same issue with 13 Pro Max - loose at the bottom and constantly moving slightly. I thought I was get used to it but it just never stops.

Does anyone tried putting something to fill the loose space with something?

Putting a piece of white cardboard stock works fine and fills the space nicely. I bet if you were good with scissors, you could cut it in a rounded way like the magnet cutouts and it would look like part of the case. :p

I am relieved that there is space at the bottom of the case. My two tries for my iPhone 12 pro the clear case with MagSafe invariably cracked at the two bottom corners because it fit too tight. This was pretty much a universal problem with this case for the iPhone 12 pro as indicated by Reddit and forums that I researched. I can stand a little creaking sound if the case isn't cracked the first time it's put on. I believe the coating applied to the case is a bit brittle a really tight fit causes cracks.

I just mentioned something similar on my iPhone 13 Pro. Case doesnt fit that good like my previous iPhone 12 clear case. Cradking is just annoing for me. Its shame, because buttons are more clicky than iP12 version. I also mentioned that 13 Pro version is more slippery.
It seems that no Apple Clear case is the best.

I will return it.
