Does Anyone have the ATT 5.0 Carrier File????

I'm having a hard time finding a pre-release version of iTunes 8.2 for Windows. I see all kinds of Mac versions and 64-bit Windows. But nothing I can actually use.

Westin, if the .ipcc I posted earlier for you does not allow you to have tethering and Visual Voicemail both working without problems, try this one here and report back. I am back on 2.2.1 right now from the 3.0 GM, awaiting the JB, so I can't confirm right now.

Using DFU mode to restore to 2.2.1, ignoring the error messages and proceeding with QuickPwn 2.2.1. Steps are available via Google, lol.

New carrier file can be uploaded to the phone in the new iTunes version via the following terminal command.

Ok so in the itunes beta when i try to install the carrier file it gives me an error saying the phone cant be updated?

Edit *nvm* it was the second link you provided that didnt work

Never ran into that problem, and it's not one I recall seeing anywhere else....if push comes to shove, you can update to the latest iTunes and try the dos prompt that Neomoon provided (which is an excellent find by the way).

MMS is hit or miss at this point. Too many other dependencies for it to work right now it seems. How's visual voicemail?

🙂I noticed that if Visual voicemail is not working, have someone call you and leave you a voicemail, it will show back up again.

Tethering works, but mms isnt showing up anywhere...

This was the issue for me until I rebooted my phone. I get all the MMS features but drops a duce when trying to actually send the message. Thank YOU AT&T!!

You have to call ATT to enable it
