I sent a new iPhone 8back to Apple for a refund because it should have been an iPhone8+. UPS collected it on Monday and according to UPS it was delivered the next day. But according to Apples tracking it hasn't been delivered yet . I phoned them up today and they said before the correct phone is sent to me it has to be checked in and examined. I wonder if anyone knows how long approx. they take? I think they could at least send you an email to confirm the arrival.
