Does anyone know how to make Outlook sync with Google Calendar on my Mac

I cant seem to figure it out. I found that isync thing in preferences that says once done I can sync with itunes or isync, but theres no accounts in the account list to sync with

If you are using Exchange you should be able to sync with Calender and then sync to Google.
