Does anyone know how to restore an iPhone to previous iOS 4.3.3 from beta iOS 5

I downloaded iOS 5 beta but I am not registered as a developer. Seeing as this website also knows how to jailbreak iPod, I would hope you wouldn't frown upon my idiotic mistake.

I was wondering if any of you know how to restore my iPod touch. To make matters worse I did not get my UDID before I downloaded the beta of iOS 5... so it's sort of bricked... right now. Is there anything I can do? Please help me!

Try downloading the 4.3.3 Ispw from the internet for your ipod and do shift+restore in itunes and see if it works.
