I need my 2014 iMac screen replaced. I have terrible screen burn-in. What is the full cost done by apple to replace this screen parts and labor?
anyone know? or have it done before? any and all feedback will be appreciated .

Is that a 27-inch screen?
Probably $700 - $800, maybe more.
Best way to find out what Apple charges for that? Call Apple. (When the Apple stores re-open (?-?)
And, some fun to do the repair yourself, if necessary

Have you tried anything to mitigate the "burn-in"?
Try shutting off, then disconnect all cables, and leave it unplugged for 24-48 hours.
That can sometimes help, as the burn-in can just be residual charge on the screen (and not a permanent image burn). A day or two with no power connected can result in a draw-down of that residual energy (some luck, and you can avoid the expensive repair)

I did unhook all cables and left it for a week with no power and its still has extreme burn-in and its really bad. So I was trying to see if its worth it to replace the screen. I paid like $4500 for it at the time so I have some money tied up in it but its a 2014, a bit old. So I tried to call Apple but they are closed until March 27 in my city. Thanks for your reply. I watched you tube videos about doing that, I did that to a 2009 iMac but not on a 2014 with the glued on display. That may be a bit much for me to try. Besides I don't have a heat gun. It is a 27 inch.

Burn in is unusual with LCD screens. Image retention is more likely. I was getting that on my 2015 iMac, but cured it by running the Flurry screensaver with all options set to max whenever possible for a couple of days (set preview going as soon as leave desk, set it to come on after 10 minutes in case I forget to put it on, don’t have display go to sleep). All seems fine now.

Thanks, I will give it a try. I don’t have anything to lose.

Seems that I recall from the period in the 2013/2014 timefram that image retention/burn-in was a common complaint with iMacs. May have been "in later years", too.

One of the possible causes was thought to be due to high heat inside the case.
And... with a "high-spec" model with more powerful CPU/GPU -- that could produce more heat.

I could be wrong about this, but that's what I remember.

This is a reason I don't consider it wise to spend a lot of $$$ for a "high-end" Mac desktop or laptop (unless you use it to produce income and can "write it off" as a business/hardware expense).
They just seem to be "more sensitive" to having things go wrong with them as they age...
