I can see a sticker on the card, can you at least type what you see here? From what I can see: blue PCB, PCI x16, DVI connector... can't make out anything else.

Well, almost any PC can use this card. It's a PCIe x16 interface. Gen1, but PCIe nonetheless. Performance won't be good tough.
