iPhone 11 Pro Max Does anyone notice lower volume after latest iOS?

Just noticed that my iPhone 11 Pro Max seems to have a lower volume at maximum in phone call

Am'I the only one?
Any fix?

I have not had this on my 11 Pro Max no.

Is it every call or at random?
Using speakerphone or held to your ear?

I've had times when 3/4 volume is way too loud, and other times where 3/4 volume and I can't hear a thing. I'm inclined to believe that's more of an issue with the cell service, and not a device/software issue.

I clean my phone, as raccomended by apple, with isopropilic alcool at 75%
